Our organisation supports safe abortion care due to its positive impact on maternal and child health outcomes. The organisation has clear policies for the provision of safe abortion care to beneficiaries, however, this policy is not always fully operationalized in the field. Analysis has revealed failure in the provision of safe abortion care is due to internal rather than external factors.
